  A relatively newer location in a busy area right along center city parkway in Escondido. I've been by here a couple of times. No issues. Prompt, friendly service w accurate drink orders.

  This location needs another set machines and another team to handle the amount of customers who visit.
  
  I made the mistake of doing a mobile order. I drive by and see the drive thru line about 15 cars deep. Here I am thinking I'm being clever and ordering thru the mobile app and strolling inside after 5 mins of waiting in my car. This place is so damn slow.
  
  Since I had to wait another 10 mins for my drink, (yes, 15 mins for a drink when the app says 7mins) I can't help but watch the employees working behind the counter. All the ladies were working hard and cranking out drink after drink. Then there's the only guy working there. He's a huge ball of negativity. Almost slamming drinks on the counter and throwing straws at the drinks before calling out names. Sorry but, I didn't pay over $5 for a cup of coffee to experience sh*t face service.  You know, when employees are so disgruntled that they have their sh*t faces on. Maybe he was having an off day, maybe he's like that all the time...  Maybe he shouldn't be working in customer service...  Just a thought.

  I think it wouldve been faster to get my drink by ordering through the drive thru and not the mobile order. Took 15 min for me to get my drink. Now I understand why people complain about this location being slow.

  I stopped by this morning around 5:40am. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but they were out and only had the toasted white mocha that was left over from the holidays...I said ok. Then I asked for a carved Turkey sandwich, but they were also out and offered me another sandwich instead; again I said ok, it was too late for me to go anywhere else...had to get to work. I also ordered a cheese Danish. Then I was handed my coffee, the Danish and the sandwich (they could have put the sandwich and Danish in a bag, if it's more than 1 item...put it in a bag!). Anyway, they were fast.

  I visited this Starbucks for the first time today. I have no qualms with the service, coffee, and seating. The problem I have is the number of fruit flies in the dessert/ glass container. Fruit flies were on the glass and landing on the food which makes it very unsanitary! Please do something about this. Food should not be placed in the container until this problem is controlled.
